These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Stone & Sod, owned and operated by Angelo Zammit, with an address at 43 Bow Ridge Rd, Lynn, MA 01904 (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). 3. Warranty and Liability: Stone & Sod takes pride in providing high-quality services. However, the Company does not guarantee the results of the services rendered, as the success and longevity of landscaping and related projects are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and maintenance by the customer. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or reliance on our services, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
 
4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Company’s services, website, and materials provided remain the sole property of Stone & Sod. You shall not use, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
 
5. Privacy and Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
 
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
